Freight LTL Shipping Terms
coloradoshomefitness.com offers LTL (Less than truckload) freight shipping on most orders over 150 lbs. Freight terms include:
- Extended handling time of 5-7 business days. Overall time to receive your order is generally 10-14 business days. These times can be extended due to high volume of orders around sale dates and holidays.
- We will update your order tracking once available
- Freight Delivery requires an appointment, and you or someone you authorize to receive your delivery must be present to sign for the receipt of your delivery. The freight carrier will call you a few days in advance to schedule a delivery window.
- BEFORE YOU SIGN FOR YOUR DELIVERY: be sure to check the shipment for any external damage and note it on the freight bill. Be sure that the number of boxes and skids matches the number noted on the freight bill. Do not sign complete if the number of pieces does not match the number on the freight bill! Make a note of missing boxes on bill of lading before signing!
- Freight Delivery occurs MONDAY-FRIDAY, during regular business hours
- A liftgate is included to get the shipment off the truck and onto the ground, delivered curbside. Drivers do not assist with unpacking, setup, or bringing inside
- Cancellation: To cancel your order without incurring fees, you must cancel within 24 hours of your order. Cancellation Requests after the first 24 hour window may will result in return shipping charges and a restocking fee if the item(s) has already shipped.
