At Colorado Home Fitness, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns process.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required
- Certain items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team at returns@coloradohomefitness.com request a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Include the RA number clearly on the outside of the package
- Ship the return to our warehouse (address will be provided with your RA)
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- For defective or damaged items, we’ll cover return shipping costs
Exchanges
To exchange an item:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Place a new order for the desired item
- Note your exchange request when contacting customer service
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized products
- Products marked as “Final Sale”
- Opened or used equipment (except for warranty claims)
Warranty Claims
Our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty against defects. For warranty service:
- Contact customer service with your order details
- Provide photos/video of the issue
- We’ll guide you through the warranty process
