Shipping Locations & Times
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Processing time is 1-3 business days for in-stock items. Delivery times vary by location:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (additional fee applies)
- Freight Shipping: 5-10 business days for large equipment
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Product weight and dimensions
- Delivery location
- Selected shipping method
Free standard shipping on orders over $99 (contiguous U.S. only)
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. For freight deliveries, our carrier will contact you to schedule delivery.
Delivery Requirements
- Someone must be present to sign for deliveries
- Please inspect packages immediately for damage
- Report any shipping damage within 48 hours
International Shipping
We currently only ship within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact us.
Holiday Shipping
During peak seasons (November-December), processing and delivery times may be extended. We’ll notify you of any delays.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned as undeliverable:
- We’ll contact you to confirm shipping details
- Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment
- Refunds will be issued minus original shipping costs
