At Colorado Home Fitness, we strive to deliver your fitness equipment quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policies below:

Shipping Locations & Times

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Processing time is 1-3 business days for in-stock items. Delivery times vary by location:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (additional fee applies)
  • Freight Shipping: 5-10 business days for large equipment

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product weight and dimensions
  • Delivery location
  • Selected shipping method

Free standard shipping on orders over $99 (contiguous U.S. only)

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. For freight deliveries, our carrier will contact you to schedule delivery.

Delivery Requirements

  • Someone must be present to sign for deliveries
  • Please inspect packages immediately for damage
  • Report any shipping damage within 48 hours

International Shipping

We currently only ship within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact us.

Holiday Shipping

During peak seasons (November-December), processing and delivery times may be extended. We’ll notify you of any delays.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned as undeliverable:

  • We’ll contact you to confirm shipping details
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment
  • Refunds will be issued minus original shipping costs
